Food is an integral part of our lives, if you haven’t figured already with our various posts every day. Food and health go hand in hand, with so many options and new restaurants opening every day, it is essential to take care of our health and the food we eat. When we heard of the Saffola Fit Foodie dishes prepared using Saffola Masala Oats in some of our favorite dishes, it was hard to believe that it would taste good. We logged onto Holachef.com and started with placing our order of the Saffola Fit Foodie dishes of the day along with some others, of course. Here’s our experience!
Value for Money: 4/5
Palak Paneer with Saffola Oats: when we think of Palak Paneer all we can think of is the oodles of cream, Paneer and the spicy gravy to be enjoyed with hot and freshly prepared naan. After having this healthy version of this dish – we realized that tasty food can be healthy! The oats in the gravy are mashed and cooked well. The chapattis were just like what we eat at home (minus the ghee, blame it on the Marwari blood!) – soft and perfect in size.
Vegetable Burger with Saffola Oats: we weren’t too sure on how this would taste, after all it’s a burger and is all things unhealthy! Grease, potatoes and fried! And here is the veg burger made with Saffola oats that tastes as good or even better in the recent times we’ve had. There can’t be justice done to the explanation of how good this burger was, you just have to taste it to believe it. After all, who knew burgers can also be healthy! (Mom, are you reading this! 😉 ). This comes with a portion of minestrone soup.
We also tried the Bhuna Paneer with chapatti, jacket potatoes chaat with elaichi shrikhand and ferrero rocher cake for dessert. Overall, we had a great yet healthy meal that checks off on several aspects – portion size, delivery, value for money and quality. If you are looking to order something full paisa vasool with pet bharke khana – Holachef is the place to go to!
Have you ordered from Holachef yet, if yes, do share your experience and favorite dish with us.
