Euro, Sahara Star

Sahara Star is known for doing things differently and always giving you the best and new experiences. Here they are again with the launch and introduction of their new restaurant, EURO. As the name suggests, it is a fine dine restaurant where the menu has been set to recreate the feeling of dining in Europe, at the comfort of our favorite Hotel in Mumbai – Sahara Star.

We were invited for the preview of the new place last week with Food Bloggers Association of India, FBAI, with fellow bloggers and team Sahara Star.

Happy Bloggers at Euro

The vibe of the restaurant is very upscale and fun at the same time, with great music and a chance to test our memory at karaoke lyrics, we couldn’t stop singing and actually forgot to eat food for the first time ever!

The staff is courteous and knows the menu in and out, so you can reach out to them for any assistance, if required.

A rotating menu has been created by Chef Amol Rane, Executive Chef Salil Fadnis and Restaurant Manager Sarang Patil, that changes every evening with 30 exclusive dishes, so you can try your hands the best of European cuisine during your visit here.

With a wide range of breads, paella, appetizers and dessert (don’t miss the raspberry custard), this place can be on your list if you are looking for something new from the regular old places/food.

Favorite: Raspberry Custard

So, what are you waiting for, this weekend, head to Sahara Star, grab a glass of wine, and dwell into Europe with the staff and chefs at Euro.
