Charcoal Biryani

Biryani – one word that has too many emotions attached to it. Some call it Bae-riyani and some identify it with love. If you share the same sentiment as us, then you know that the taste of the biryani you have can make or break your mood/evening.

We tried the  new items added on Charcoal Biryani’s menu and here’s our take on it!

Overall:

Food: 3/5

Packaging: 3.5/5

Delivery: 4/5

Value for Money: 3.5/5

Paneer and vegetable Biryani: we were super excited to try this one out; we mixed the biryani all together to bite into some lip-smacking deliciousness. The biryani is good, but it could have done with a little less butter – that’s just our personal opinion, for those who love their biryani heavy with butter and paneer – this one is for you.photo-04-01-17-19-29-18Sri Lankan Veg fusion: very different and for the adventurous. If you are a fan of authentic south Indian taste, you will enjoy this. Rice mixed with green curry vegetables reminded us of our time at a wedding in Chennai.photo-04-01-17-19-27-50photo-04-01-17-19-30-21Chocolate Mousse: after a good meal, you have to end it with something sweet and this chocolate mousse was a delight. If you are a fan of chocolate – you can try this out.

If you are looking for a change of place to order from, you can consider Charcoal Biryani. Our experience was good, but honestly, could have been better. We’ve definitely had better biryani after which we didn’t feel uneasy or the need to go out and take a walk in order to breathe properly. Have you tried Charcoal Biryani, yet? If yes, share your thoughts and experiences with us.
