LIMA, the Latin American Lounge Bar by Chef Atul Kochhar that brought trending Peruvian cuisine to India, announces the Launch of its NEW MENU, offering exciting new flavors from Latin America developed by Chef Kochhar and Chef Jerry Thomas at LIMA. We were invited for a fun evening part of this launch with FBAI and here’s what we experienced:

We started the evening with Esquites – a buttery sweet corn broth with sour cream which is perfect after a long day and in this dubious weather mood.
This was followed by Pico de Gallo Molletes – toasted brioche, refried beans, onions and tomato salsaCabbage tacos: soft taco shells with cabbages and other vegetables – this dish is very subjective to an individual’s taste. It gets better with every bite, but, it’s not necessarily going to please every taste bud.Quesadillas: we were really excited for the quesadillas, but weren’t too impressed with the taste as soon as we bit into a piece.The Corn & Cheese chimichanga is our Vegetarian version a definite “must try”.
Overall, if you are looking at indulging in Latin American food with good ambience head to Lima and try out their new menu. There is something for everyone at the table to love!
