Smoothie bowls are a great way to consume nutritious fruits and veggies. They look so pretty and with the right ingredients, taste even better!
I’m obsessed with smoothie bowls which you will know if you are following me on Instagram. I made a beautiful blueberry banana smoothie bowl and wiped it off within minutes.
Here’s the recipe for this smoothie bowl, it makes 1 portion. Hope you enjoy this as much as I had fun putting it together for you!

Ingredients list:
• 1/2 banana riped
• 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
• 1/2 cup fresh blackberries/strawberries
• 3/4 cup milk (of choice)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds/flax seeds
• 1/4 cup plain homemade or Greek yogurt
• 1tsp honey or nut butter for sweetness
Suggested Toppings
• Dragonfruit scooped
• Banana
• Berries
• Pumpkin seeds
• Chia seeds
• Crushed almonds

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
2. Empty in a bowl
3. Top with banana, fruits, berries, pumpkin, chia seeds etc
4. Enjoy this delicious and nutritious blueberry smoothie bowl
